Market Planning:
Tell us whether the Nissan Sentra or Sylphy is common where you sell, and we work out which control valves belong in your purchasing plan, so your budget goes on parts that sell.

Delivery Timeframe:
Normally 7–15 days. Items in stock can ship the same or next day. Final delivery time depends on order quantity and stock availability.

MOQ: 20 pieces

This 12V electronic Nissan Sentra AC compressor control valve (CL-3008) fits the 2013–2019 Nissan Sentra 1.8L, the same car sold as the Nissan Sylphy in other markets. A Sentra owner with a valve fault can have the valve replaced and keep the compressor, which costs less than a new compressor.

It suits markets where the Nissan Sentra and Sylphy are common cars on the road; where other makes dominate, it fits better as one line in a wider order. Tell us your country, the models you handle most and your usual volumes, and our sales team confirms the exact version and where CL-3008 fits in your purchase plan.

What Does a Nissan Sentra AC Compressor Control Valve Do?

A Nissan Sentra AC compressor control valve is the electronic valve on a variable-displacement compressor that sets how much refrigerant the compressor delivers, following a signal from the AC control unit. The valve raises or lowers compressor output, so the cabin holds its set temperature and the compressor does not run flat out. Our guide to how the valve works explains the principle in more detail.

The valve can be changed without the compressor. When only the valve has failed, a workshop replaces it and leaves the sound compressor in the car; our control valve replacement guide shows how the two cases differ. CL-3008 is the Sentra and Sylphy reference in our control valve range.

Which Nissan Sentra and Sylphy Models Does This Control Valve Fit?

The CL-3008 Nissan Sentra AC compressor control valve fits the 2013–2019 Nissan Sentra 1.8L, which is the same car as the Nissan Sylphy, and it is also listed for the Buick Excelle, Maserati and the Sanden compressor used on the VW Polo. Our sales team confirms the exact version by model and year.

The third-generation Sylphy and the seventh-generation Sentra, both from 2012, are the same model; North America calls it the Sentra. The years 2013 to 2019 are the range commonly listed for the Sentra 1.8L. The 2020 Sentra moves to a new generation with a 2.0L engine, and this page does not list it.

Our sales team confirms the exact version for each year before quotation.

Our supplier catalogue also lists CL-3008 for the Buick Excelle and for Maserati, and for the Sanden compressor used on the VW Polo. We give no years or engines for these, because the catalogue lists none. Some VW Polos carry compressors of other brands, so on a Polo the compressor decides the valve, not the model name alone.

Several of our valves share the same body size, which makes them easy to mix up in a multi-model order.

All of these valves are 73 mm long, with a 42.3 mm body section and a Ø23.7 mm body. The body sizes are close, so the connector, the locating tab and the connector end tell them apart. A Buick can take CL-3002, CL-3003, our PXE16 control valve, or CL-3008, and our sales team picks the right one from the model.

Send us the Sentra, Sylphy and Buick models and years you handle most, and our sales team confirms which valve each one needs.

Why Is the Nissan Sentra Worth Sourcing Control Valves For?

The Nissan Sentra is worth sourcing control valves for because Nissan sold 184,618 of them in the United States in 2019, according to its sales report, and the 2013–2019 cars are now 7 to 13 years old. The same report shows 213,046 Sentras sold in 2018, so 2019 was down 13.3%. It counts one year of new-car sales in the United States. It is not the number of Sentras on the road, and other countries are not included. 2019 was the last year of this generation.

Cars are also kept longer than before. The average light vehicle in the United States was 12.8 years old in 2025, according to S&P Global Mobility. A valve that can be replaced on its own is the lower-cost repair for a car of that age.

These figures show the size of the Sentra base, not how many run where you sell. Where Sentras and Sylphys are common, CL-3008 belongs in the regular purchase plan; where they are few, 20 pieces next to your main lines is enough to test it.

Who Can Supply Nissan Sentra Control Valves Reliably?

C-Loong has worked in automotive AC parts for more than 15 years, and our range covers almost every vehicle make, so Sentra and Sylphy valves can sit in the same order as valves for your other cars. Workshops that repair Sentra and Sylphy AC systems also buy compressor clutches and expansion valves; we make both, so they can go in the same order.

If you need a valve that is not in our range, tell us the specification, the quality level, your target price and the quantity. We look for the closest match in China’s supply market and check it ourselves, drawing on our own production experience, before we put it in front of you. Where nothing suitable exists, we can assess the requirement as a custom development case. You keep one contact for all of it.

How Is Every CL-3008 Control Valve Tested Before Shipment?

Every CL-3008 control valve is tested before shipment, one piece at a time and not by sampling, so faults are found on our line and not in your customer’s workshop. The process has five stages.

Incoming Parts

The valve body, cartridge, stem, coil, O-rings and springs are inspected before assembly. A weak spring or a damaged O-ring found here never becomes a valve that leaks or sticks.

Assembly

During assembly we check that the cartridge moves freely, that the assembly height is right and that every O-ring is seated. CL-3008 has three, Ø13.2 × 1.5, Ø16 × 1.6 and Ø20 × 2 mm. A ring that is twisted or out of its groove leaks under pressure.

Electrical Tests on the Finished Valve

The coil of every finished valve is measured for resistance and insulation, and diode polarity is checked on valves that carry a diode. CL-3008 runs on 12V. A weak coil would not follow the signal from the AC control unit, and nothing on the outside of the valve would show it.

Function Tests on the Finished Valve

Next come actuation, energizing response and a check for sticking, then leakage, flow and pressure response as this valve type requires. They show that the valve responds to its signal and holds its seal.

When a Valve Fails a Check

A valve that fails any check leaves the line. It is reworked and tested again, or it is scrapped. When the same fault repeats, we trace the whole batch.

What Happens If Something Goes Wrong With an Order?

When an order has a problem, C-Loong deals with the problem itself first and settles responsibility afterwards. We confirm what is affected and agree a temporary arrangement with you. Then we trace the cause and propose a final solution. Please send the order number, the valve model, the quantity affected, the Sentra or other vehicle model and year, and photos.

With that, we find which stage the fault came from: inspection, packing, dispatch or transport. Our sales team follows the case from start to finish, and the final solution goes ahead only after you agree to it. Faults in the product itself fall under the 1-year warranty.

Build a Purchase Plan for Your Nissan Sentra Market

A Nissan Sentra purchase plan can start with CL-3008: C-Loong helps you decide which control valves to carry for the models in your market, how many of each, and which other AC lines to add. Most buyers start with several models at 20 pieces each, test them in their market, and build the regular order around the ones that sell. CL-3008 can be tested alongside valves for other vehicles in the same order.

To start, we need the product, your country and the quantity you have in mind. If you also tell us what the valves are for and what the project should achieve, we can fit the plan to it. If you are not sure what to send, ask our sales team; they will take the time to answer and point you to the option that fits.
