Automotive AC Expansion Valve Supply and Matching
We supply automotive AC expansion valves for distributors, wholesalers, importers and repair networks. Because valve body structure, port size, mounting position and vehicle application can vary, each requirement is reviewed against the OE number, vehicle details, product photos, available dimensions and required quantity before quotation. Send the information you have, even if some details are missing. We will identify what additional references or measurements are needed before confirming the suitable AC expansion valve option, sample request or bulk order.
How We Match an Automotive AC Expansion Valve

We do not identify an automotive AC expansion valve by appearance or vehicle information alone. Send the OE number, vehicle make, model and year, original-valve photos, port arrangement, mounting details, available dimensions and quantity. We compare these details with the valve body, inlet and outlet connections, mounting-hole spacing and available application records before recommending an AC expansion valve.
A mismatched valve may not align with the refrigerant lines or mounting points, may fail to seal correctly, and may result in returns, repeated removal and installation, or unusable stock. When key information is missing, we explain which photos or measurements are still required and may suggest sample confirmation before a mixed-model or bulk order.
Check Before Replacement
Weak or Unstable Cooling
First check the refrigerant charge, condenser airflow, evaporator airflow and compressor operation. When any of these conditions are outside the required range, replacing the automotive A/C expansion valve may not correct the cooling problem.
Evaporator or Suction-Line Icing
Check for restricted evaporator airflow, moisture or contamination in the refrigerant circuit, and restrictions around the expansion valve or receiver-drier. Ice near the valve does not by itself confirm that the AC expansion valve has failed.
Abnormal System Pressures
Confirm that the refrigerant charge is correct and that the compressor, condenser and airflow are operating normally before judging the valve. Pressure readings should be reviewed together with vent temperature, refrigerant-line temperature and operating conditions rather than used alone.

Automotive AC Expansion Valve Quality Control

Component and Valve Body Inspection
The valve body, metering element, spring, seals and other model-specific components are checked against the confirmed drawing, sample or product specification. Port damage, machining burrs, blocked passages, damaged sealing surfaces and incorrect component configurations are separated before assembly.
Dimensions and Assembly Control
Port diameter and orientation, mounting-hole spacing, body dimensions, sealing grooves and connection surfaces are checked against the confirmed model. During assembly, the metering element, spring, seals and power element are installed in the specified position, while passages and sealing areas are kept free from metal chips and other contamination.
Leakage and Flow Verification
Finished AC expansion valves are checked for leakage at the valve body, joints and sealing interfaces. Valve opening response and flow performance are compared with the approved requirements under the specified test conditions. Products outside the permitted result are isolated for review and reinspection.
Model and Order Verification
Each valve is compared with the confirmed OE reference, vehicle application, valve-body structure, inlet and outlet arrangement, mounting pattern and available approved sample. Product markings, quantities and labels are also checked to prevent similar-looking models from being mixed in the same order.
Packing and Shipment Release
Open refrigerant ports are protected against dust and handling damage before packing. Capillary tubes or sensing bulbs, where fitted, are secured against bending or impact. Models, quantities, inner packaging, carton labels and packing-list information are rechecked before shipment release.
AFTER-SALES SUPPORT
When an automotive A/C expansion valve issue affects customer deliveries, installation schedules or inventory planning, we first understand which business problem must be handled most urgently. Based on the affected quantity, delivery deadline and available stock, we help arrange a practical response, such as separating affected inventory, screening remaining units, reviewing replacement availability or adjusting the delivery plan.
At the same time, send the order reference, OE reference, vehicle application, affected quantity and available photos or test information. We review the product matching, condition, transport, installation and A/C system factors to identify the likely cause and confirm the follow-up action, helping prevent the same issue from affecting later orders.

FAQ
The MOQ varies by product model, stock availability and packaging requirements. For orders containing multiple models, we review the required quantity for each reference before confirming the total order. Please send us your model or OE number list so we can provide an accurate MOQ.
Yes. Samples can be arranged to help you verify the product, application and required specifications before moving to a bulk order. Sample availability, quantity and preparation time are confirmed according to the selected models.
Yes. Different models can be combined when the required quantity for each reference can be supported. After receiving your model or OE number list, we will review stock availability, production requirements and the proposed product mix before confirming the order.
Lead time depends on stock availability, order quantity, number of models and packaging requirements. Once the complete order list is confirmed, we will provide an estimated production and shipment schedule so you can plan purchasing and delivery more accurately.
Yes. OEM product labels, customer-brand labels, cartons and customer-provided packaging artwork can be reviewed according to the product type and order quantity. All label and packaging details are confirmed before production to help keep the final order consistent with the approved requirements.
When an issue is reported, we first collect the product reference, vehicle application, installation details, photos and available test information. We then review whether the issue is related to product matching, installation, the A/C system or the product itself before recommending the next step.
