CL-130204 97701 1R000 Auto AC Compressor for Kia Rio & Hyundai
Market Planning:
Tell us the vehicles that dominate where you sell, and we work out which compressor models earn a place on your shelf, so your capital sits in stock that moves.
Delivery Timeframe:
Normally 7–15 days. In-stock items may be dispatched on the same day. Final delivery time depends on order quantity and stock availability.
MOQ: 20 pieces
CL-130204 is a new 12V A/C compressor for Kia Rio and Hyundai vehicles, including Beijing Hyundai. It matches OE numbers 97701-1R000, 977011J101 and 977011J100, so one model covers all three numbers on your parts list. It comes with a PV6 clutch pulley, 128 mm in diameter.
Whether this model is worth stocking depends on your market. Where compact Hyundai and Kia cars make up much of the everyday traffic, one compressor that covers three OE numbers turns over steadily and keeps your shelf simple. Where most of your workshop customers drive SUVs or European cars, it works better as a small line inside a wider order. Tell us the country you sell into, the vehicle models you handle most and your usual volumes. We will tell you where this compressor fits in your range and which other models are worth adding for the same vehicles.

What Does the 97701-1R000 Compressor Do?
The 97701-1R000 compressor (also listed as 977011J101 and 977011J100) is what makes the air conditioning cool in Kia Rio and Hyundai vehicles. CL-130204 is our replacement for it.
When the driver switches the A/C on, the 12V clutch engages, and the engine belt turns the compressor through its PV6 pulley. The compressor squeezes the refrigerant gas and pushes it round the system. Before the cabin gets cold air, the refrigerant passes through the condenser and the automotive AC expansion valve. When the A/C is switched off, the clutch releases and the compressor stops, so it only takes power from the engine when cooling is needed.
If the compressor fails, the A/C stops cooling and the car blows warm air. That is when a workshop needs a replacement under one of these three OE numbers. If only the clutch has failed, the fix can be a compressor AC clutch rather than a complete compressor.

Growing Your A/C Parts Business Together
We make four A/C product lines: compressors, compressor clutches, expansion valves and control valves. We don’t try to be everything. Within these four lines, we work with you on what to stock, how much, and what to add next, so your range grows the way your market does.
We Start From Your Market, Not Our Catalogue
Before suggesting anything, we ask what your customers actually bring in: which cars, which parts, how many. Then we tell you which of our models fit that picture, and which don’t. If a model is unlikely to move in your market, we’ll say so, even if it means a smaller first order.
For example, if most of your enquiries are for Hyundai and Kia cars, we point you to the models we make for those cars, and leave out the ones built for vehicles you rarely see.
Your Range Grows as Your Business Grows
A good first model is only the start. As your customers bring in new cars and new requests, we help you add the models that match, one step at a time, instead of asking you to stock a full line on day one.
For example, if CL-130204 sells well, the next step might be CL-603703, our compressor for the Hyundai Accent and Elantra. You add it when your enquiries show the need, not before.
One Supplier Across All Four Lines
Your customers will ask for models no single factory makes. When a compressor, clutch, expansion valve or control valve on your list is not one we produce, we find it for you and check its quality before it goes into your order. You keep one supplier and one contact, instead of managing several.
For example, if your list has ten models and two are outside our range, you still send us the whole list. We make eight, source the other two, and ship them together.
A Reliable Supplier for Your Hyundai and Kia A/C Parts
A market this large only pays off if the supply behind it is dependable. Once you decide to stock the 97701-1R000 compressor, you need a supplier who can deliver this model and the other parts your customers ask for, at a consistent quality on every order. We make four A/C product lines: compressors, compressor clutches, expansion valves and control valves.
For the models we make, we start from your market, not our catalogue. You tell us the country you sell into, the vehicles your customers bring in most, and the quantities you usually order. We go through that list and tell you which of our models match those vehicles, which are worth stocking first, and which are unlikely to move where you sell, even when that means a smaller first order. You put your money into stock that sells, not into models that sit on the shelf.
For the models we don’t make, we source them for you. With more than 15 years in this industry, we know which Chinese factories make which parts and at what quality level. We compare the options against what you need: the vehicle and OE number, the quality your customers expect, and your target price. Then we recommend the one that fits best. Before it goes into your order, we inspect it again using what we know from making these parts ourselves, so it meets the same standard as the rest of your order. It ships together with our own models under one order and one contact. You don’t have to find, vet and manage several factories yourself.
How Is Every 97701-1R000 Compressor Tested Before Shipment?
Every CL-130204 compressor for OE 97701-1R000 goes through five checks on our own testing line before it is packed: a build check against the order, a leak test, a rotation, clutch and electrical check, a bench run under simulated vehicle conditions, and a final check before packing. Every unit is tested, not a sample from the batch. What reaches you is ready to sell, and the faults that usually come back as returns are caught at our end, not at your customer’s workshop.
1. Build Check Against Your Order
Before testing starts, each compressor is checked for visible damage and against the order: model, 12V voltage, the PV6 128 mm clutch pulley, clutch position, electrical connector, mounting points and refrigerant ports. A unit that is assembled wrongly never moves on to testing. You won’t open a carton and find the wrong version, or a unit your customer can’t fit.
2. Leak Test at Every Sealing Point
A compressor that leaks slowly can pass a quick look and still fail a few weeks after fitting. It is one of the most frustrating returns for you and your customer. Every unit is leak-tested at the housing joints, the shaft seal and the refrigerant ports, the three places where refrigerant and oil escape. A leaking unit never leaves the factory.
3. Rotation, Clutch and Electrical Check
The shaft and pulley are turned by hand to check for binding, uneven resistance, scraping or excess play, which can point to an assembly or bearing problem. Then the clutch coil is powered to confirm that the clutch engages and releases cleanly, without slipping, delay or rubbing, and the electrical insulation is tested. A workshop that fits the compressor and finds the clutch won’t engage loses time on the job, and you hear about it. This check stops that before shipping.
4. Bench Run Under Simulated Vehicle Conditions
A compressor can turn freely on a bench and still fail once it is under load. So every unit runs on a test bench that reproduces the temperature and pressure it will face in a car’s A/C system. While it runs, we check:
- Start-up and clutch engagement
- Pressure drop on the suction side
- Pressure build-up on the discharge side
- Stable running at each operating point
- Abnormal noise
- Excess vibration
This is the most important step. What passes has already worked under real operating conditions, not just in a quick check.
5. Final Check, Packing and Dispatch
After the bench run, each unit is checked again for leak traces, external damage, connector condition and pulley movement. The model, label and quantity are matched against your order, and the ports are capped before packing. We tell you before the goods are dispatched and keep you updated through shipping, so you know when to expect the stock and can plan your own sales.
What Happens If There Is a Problem With Your 97701-1R000 Order?
If something goes wrong, we don’t step back and argue about fault first. We deal with the problem in front of you, then agree the final solution with you. Just tell us what you are seeing: the order reference, how many pieces are affected, the vehicle the compressor was fitted to, and photos or a short video. You don’t have to work out the cause before the case starts. You get a first reply within about two hours of our working day. Our first job is to stop the problem from costing you more. Our sales team works out with you what to do about the affected stock and the customer who is waiting, so you have an answer for them straight away.
Then we find the cause, in a fixed order. First we check that the right compressor was supplied for that car. Then the product itself, its packaging and transport. Then the installation, including whether the A/C system was cleaned when the compressor was replaced. Finally, the rest of the A/C system. We don’t call it a product fault or an installation fault until every step is checked, so the result holds up when you pass it on to your customer. Our sales team then takes you through what we found and what it means for the rest of the batch, including whether your remaining stock can stay on sale, and follows the agreed solution through to the end.
What Should You Send Us to Get Started?
Working with us means you stock only the models that sell in your market, you get the parts we don’t make sourced and checked for you, every compressor is tested before it ships, and a problem gets dealt with before any argument about fault. You can start with 20 pieces per model, and different models can go in the same order.
To get a plan and a quote, send us three basic details:
- The product: CL-130204 / 97701-1R000, plus any other models on your list
- Your country: where you sell
- Your quantity: how many pieces you expect to order
If you can, tell us a little more. It helps us give you a better plan, not just a price:
- Why you are buying: restocking a model that already sells, testing a new one, or filling a customer’s order
- What you want to achieve: for example, building a Hyundai and Kia A/C range, entering a new market, or cutting down the number of suppliers you use

Sourcing the 97701-1R000 Compressor From C-Loong
Each enquiry is handled by our sales team, who work through it with you from the first message to delivery. The starting point is usually simple: the product you are interested in, such as CL-130204 for OE 97701-1R000, the country you sell into, and the quantity you have in mind. With these three details, we can confirm the model and prepare a quotation. Orders start from 20 pieces per model, and different models can be combined in the same order.
Where you are able to share more, it helps us look beyond a single price. Knowing why you are buying, whether to restock a model that already sells, to test a new one or to fill a specific customer order, and what you hope to achieve, such as building a Hyundai and Kia A/C range or bringing more of your parts under one supplier, allows us to suggest the models and quantities that suit your plan rather than simply quoting what was asked for.
If you are not yet sure which details matter or which models fit your market, our sales team is glad to talk it through. We will take the time to answer your questions and work out the most suitable solution with you. You can reach us through the form below, or through your usual sales contact.
