Market Planning:
Tell us the vehicles that dominate where you sell, and we work out which compressor models earn a place on your shelf, so your capital sits in stock that moves.
Delivery Timeframe:
Normally 7–15 days. In-stock items may be dispatched on the same day. Final delivery time depends on order quantity and stock availability.
MOQ: 20 pieces
CL-601284 is a new 12V Ford Mondeo AC compressor with a 6PK, 100 mm clutch pulley. One model covers four OE numbers: 1433094, XS7H19497AC, 1S7H19D629DE and 4336112.
It sells best where older Mondeos are still common on the road; where Ford is a small brand, it fits better as one line in a wider order. Tell us your country, main vehicle models and usual volumes, and we will suggest where it fits in your range.

What Does the Ford Mondeo AC Compressor Do?
The AC compressor is what makes the air conditioning cool in the Ford Mondeo. CL-601284 is our replacement for the original unit, OE 1433094.
When the driver switches the A/C on, the 12V clutch engages and the engine belt turns the compressor through its 6PK pulley. The compressor squeezes the refrigerant gas and pushes it round the system. It then passes through the condenser and the automotive AC expansion valve before cooling the air that goes into the cabin. When the A/C is switched off, the clutch releases and the compressor stops, so it only takes power from the engine when cooling is needed.
If the compressor fails, the A/C stops cooling and the car blows warm air. That is when a workshop needs a replacement Ford Mondeo AC compressor. If only the clutch has failed, the fix can be a compressor AC clutch rather than a complete compressor.

Why the Ford Mondeo AC Compressor Is Worth Sourcing
Older cars that stay on the road. The Mondeo was built in the millions over almost 30 years and was one of Europe’s most common family and fleet cars. The Mk III V6 models this compressor fits are now well past their dealer years, and cars of this age are exactly what keeps the replacement market busy. Across the EU, the average passenger car is 12.7 years old, and in Greece 17.8 years (ACEA, 2026). In Russia, 71.6% of the 48 million passenger cars on the road were built before 2017 (Autostat Info, mid-2026). In markets like these, older European cars are repaired and kept running, not replaced.
A part that gets harder to find. As a model ages, dealers stop holding its parts, and repairs move to independent workshops and the wholesalers who supply them. For an older car like the Mondeo Mk III V6, a wholesaler who can supply the compressor reliably serves a need that many others no longer cover.
Heat that makes A/C a must. In southern Europe, where car fleets are oldest and summers are hot, a failed compressor is replaced straight away, not put off until the cooler months. With one model covering 1433094, XS7H19497AC, 1S7H19D629DE and 4336112, you can meet that demand from a single line.
A Reliable Supplier for Your Ford A/C Parts
Demand from older cars only pays off if the supply behind it holds up. For a model like the Mondeo Mk III V6, you need a supplier who can deliver the same compressor consistently, order after order, along with the other A/C parts your customers ask for. We make four A/C product lines: compressors, compressor clutches, expansion valves and control valves.
For the models we make, we start from your market, not our catalogue. You tell us the country you sell into, the vehicles your customers bring in most and the quantities you usually order. We go through that list and tell you which of our models match those vehicles, which are worth buying first, and which are unlikely to move where you sell, even when that means a smaller first order. For Ford ranges, for example, that can include our CL-2007 control valve for the Mondeo versions it is listed for. Your budget goes on parts that sell, not on models that sit unsold.
For the models we don’t make, we source them for you. With more than 15 years in this industry, we know which Chinese factories make which parts and at what quality level. We compare the options against what you need: the vehicle and OE number, the quality your customers expect and your target price. Then we recommend the one that fits best. Before it goes into your order, we inspect it again using what we know from making these parts ourselves, so it meets the same standard as the rest of your order. It ships together with our own models, under one order and one contact. You don’t have to find, check and manage several factories yourself.

How Is Every Ford Mondeo AC Compressor Tested Before Shipment?
Every CL-601284 Ford Mondeo AC compressor goes through five checks on our own testing line before it is packed: a build check, a leak test, a rotation, clutch and electrical check, a bench run under simulated vehicle conditions, and a final inspection. Every unit is tested, not a sample from the batch, so the faults that usually come back as returns are found at our factory, not at your customer’s workshop.
1. Build Check Against the Specification
Before testing starts, each compressor is checked for visible damage and against the specification: model, 12V voltage, the 6PK clutch pulley, clutch position, electrical connector, mounting points and refrigerant ports. A unit that is assembled wrongly never moves on to testing, so every compressor that reaches the next step matches the specification.
2. Leak Test at the Main Sealing Points
A compressor that leaks slowly can pass a quick look and still fail a few weeks after fitting. Every unit is leak-tested at the housing joints, the shaft seal and the refrigerant ports, where leaks most often start. A leaking unit never leaves the factory.
3. Rotation, Clutch and Electrical Check
The shaft and pulley are rotated to check for binding, uneven resistance, scraping or excess play, which can point to an assembly or bearing problem. The clutch coil is then powered to confirm that the clutch engages and releases cleanly, without slipping, delay or rubbing, and the electrical insulation is tested. A clutch that won’t engage is caught here, not on the workshop’s lift.
4. Bench Run Under Simulated Vehicle Conditions
A compressor can turn freely on a bench and still fail once it is under load. So every unit runs on a test bench that reproduces the temperature and pressure it will face in a car’s A/C system. While it runs, we check:
- Start-up and clutch engagement
- Pressure drop on the suction side
- Pressure build-up on the discharge side
- Stable running at each operating point
- Abnormal noise
- Excess vibration
This is the most important step. A unit that passes has already worked under real operating conditions, not just in a quick check.

5. Final Inspection Before Packing
After the bench run, each unit is checked again for leak traces, external damage, connector condition and pulley movement. The model, label and quantity are matched against your order, and the ports are capped to keep dirt and moisture out. Only units that pass every step are packed.
What Happens If There Is a Problem With Your Ford Mondeo AC Compressor Order?
If something goes wrong, we don’t step back and argue about fault first. We deal with the problem in front of you, then agree the final solution with you. Simply tell us what you are seeing: the order reference, how many pieces are affected, the vehicle the compressor was fitted to, and photos or a short video. You don’t need to work out the cause before the case starts. You get a first reply within about two hours of our working day, and our first job is to stop the problem from costing you more. Our sales team works out with you what to do about the affected units and the customer who is waiting, so you have an answer for them straight away.
Once the immediate problem is under control, we look for the cause in a fixed order: first, whether the right compressor was supplied for that car; next, the product itself, its packaging and transport; then the installation, including whether the A/C system was cleaned when the compressor was replaced; and finally, the rest of the A/C system. We don’t call it a product fault or an installation fault until every step is checked, so the result holds up when you pass it on to your customer. Our sales team then explains what we found and what it means for the rest of the batch, including whether your remaining units can stay on sale, and follows the agreed solution through to the end.

A Ford A/C Parts Plan Built Around Your Market
Whether you are adding the Ford Mondeo AC compressor to your range or reviewing a wider list of A/C parts, what helps most is a clear plan: which models suit the vehicles in your market, which to buy first, and in what quantities. Our sales team puts that plan together with you, along with a quotation. Orders start from 20 pieces per model, and different models can be combined in the same order, so a new line can be tried without a large commitment.

Three details are enough to begin: the product you are interested in, such as CL-601284 for OE 1433094, the country you sell into, and the quantity you have in mind. If you can share a little more, the plan becomes more precise. It helps to know why you are buying: to reorder a model that already sells, to try a new one, or to fill a specific customer order. It also helps to know what you want to achieve, such as building a Ford A/C range or bringing more of your parts under one supplier.
If you are not yet sure which details matter or which models fit your market, our sales team is glad to talk it through. We will take the time to answer your questions and work out the most suitable solution with you. You can reach us through the form below, or through your usual sales contact.
